In response to the gradual implementation of the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Silicon Valley Project and the development vision of Longtan Science Park, Luya International Middle School was established., providing a deeper and broader education with international standards, allowing the children of outstanding employed talents to study in Taoyuan, and establishing the capacity for talent cultivation for Taiwan's development in the next 10 to 20 years.

Located in Longtan, South Taoyuan, Luya International Middle School is a newly established school that implements the International Baccalaureate Middle School Programme (IBMYP) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), taking into account the needs of students for continuity of further education.
