General Affairs Director

General Manager

  • To cooperate with the school development, improve the learning environment, enhance the quality of life, teaching and safety facilities.
  • Assist the General Affairs Group, Clerical Group and Cashier Group in their routine work to provide good administrative support.
  • Enrich various teaching facilities and support various teaching activities to provide a good learning environment.
  • Adhering to the educational philosophy, we properly plan the school buildings and campus environment to give full play to the educational function of the environment.
  • Implement property management and institutionalize purchasing, procurement and repair procedures.
  • Strengthen greening work, create a high-quality, natural and healthy campus environment, and provide an ideal place for all teachers, students and community residents to study, relax and exercise.
  • To guide and supervise the staff of the Department in handling various business matters.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the principal.

Clerical Group

  • Handle the registration, summary, numbering, and distribution of official documents.
  • Handle the numbering, registration, submission, proofreading and sealing of external documents.
  • Standardize document processing deadlines and confidentiality and delivery management.
  • To plan the organization, binding, registration and inquiry system of archival documents.
  • Handle the classification and approval of mailing documents, weighing, stamping and registration and management of mailing lists.
  • Formulate archive classification and management matters and prepare archive management results report.
  • Handle official document inquiries and loan of archives within and outside the school.
  • Urge the processing of overdue documents, track and verify them, and hold those responsible for the backlog of documents accountable and sign for their handling.
  • Prepare a list of archive files to be destroyed and handle the cleanup and destruction of official documents.
  • Collect, organize, establish and preserve school history materials.
  • Compile records of school affairs meetings and administrative reports and submit them for approval.
  • Keep the seals used for signing, approving and executing documents.
  • Temporary assignments.

General Affairs Section

  • Handle matters such as school building construction and other engineering project contracting, contracting, and acceptance.
  • Handle matters such as water and electricity maintenance of school buildings, fire safety inspections and fire insurance.
  • Regular hygiene and safety inspections of drinking water on campus and maintenance of pipelines.
  • Various protective measures to prevent disasters, property purchase, sale, bidding, contracting, acceptance and other matters.
  • Property classification, numbering, listing, preparation of reports and safekeeping of property.
  • Transfer, inventory, damage and scrapping of property.
  • Handle administrative affairs and teaching preparation, purchase, register, verify and keep numbers of items.
  • Catering service, item disposal, and campus environmental sanitation management.
  • Temporary assignments.

Cashier Group

  • Safekeeping of cash, securities, public treasury bank notes and various documents related to cashiering.
  • Register cashier's account books and fill in cashier's vouchers and reports.
  • Provide cash grants to employees and hourly wages to teachers and substitute teachers.
  • Provide various allowances, travel expenses, subsidies, etc.
  • Various student scholarships and public funding for government-funded students are provided.
  • Receipts and expenditures of various public funds.
  • Registration fees and assistance with teaching preparation and stationery management.
  • Collect insurance premiums for faculty and staff and prepare insurance premium payment schedules.
  • Handle small purchases and other cashier-related matters.
  • Temporary assignments.
