  • In accordance with the principal's instructions, he is in charge of the school's academic affairs.
  • The school formulates the teaching policy and reforms that should be implemented.
  • Formulate the teaching implementation of each subject and the work plan and calendar of the office.
  • Formulate or amend various rules and regulations regarding academic affairs.
  • Plan the teaching schedule, absences and make-up classes for all teachers in the school and assess their actual service performance.
  • The teaching progress of each subject will be determined in conjunction with the subject teachers based on the curriculum standards.
  • Formulate various examination methods.
  • Formulate competition rules for each subject.
  • Handle students' further education guidance.

Teaching equipment group

  • Arrange the academic and arts activity schedule for the semester.
  • In conjunction with the faculty and staff business manager, formulate the teaching and assignment schedule for each subject.
  • Arrange teaching timetable for each class.
  • Check the teaching progress of each subject.
  • Check the classroom log.
  • Handle matters related to teacher absences, make-up classes and temporary substitute teaching.
  • Arrange various examination schedules and teacher supervision schedules.
  • Review students' homework and test papers in various subjects.
  • Investigate students’ self-study and extracurricular research.
  • Handle academic competition matters.
  • Organize learning activities related to teaching.
  • Planning of teaching facilities and implementation of budget.
  • Registration management and maintenance of teaching equipment.
  • Planning and implementation of instructional materials.
  • General classroom management and special (specialized) classroom management.
  • Promotion and management of scientific education activities and exhibitions.
  • Handle student registration, testing and counseling for certification.
  • Ordering, issuing and checking off of student books.

Registration Group

 

  • The Dean of Academic Affairs is responsible for student status and academic performance.
  • Handle student enrollment registration matters.
  • Register and keep students’ academic records and grades in various subjects.
  • Handle student transfer, leave of absence, reinstatement and graduation matters.
  • Work with the teaching group to handle matters such as subject competitions, regular examinations and make-up examinations.
  • To compile statistics of students' daily and regular examination scores in various subjects, and prepare semester grade notifications.
  • Accepting applications for various scholarships.
  • Handle various exam reward matters.
  • Assist in the promotion and dissemination of diverse admissions brochures.
  • To handle make-up exams and make-up credit assignments for the academic year credit system.
  • Assist in handling matters related to multiple admissions to universities, four-year technical schools, and two-year vocational schools.
