In order to promote the healthy development of students and enhance their awareness of water safety, Luya International School held an on-campus swimming course this semester, which was held in the swimming pool of the National Taiwan Sport University.

The school stated that offering swimming lessons is not only intended to cultivate students' habit of regular exercise, but more importantly, to develop their basic self-rescue skills in the water. During the course, teachers will guide students in becoming familiar with the water, mastering basic movements, and emphasizing safety rules to reduce the risk of accidents in the water.

Through this course, Luya International School hopes to cooperate with the summer global literacy course to discuss SDGs14 and cultivate students' ability to know, love and be close to the ocean.
