As for the area where Luya International Middle School is located, in response to the gradual implementation of the "Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Silicon Valley Plan" and the development vision of the Longtan Science Park, Luya International Middle School was established to provide a deeper and broader education with international standards, so that the children of outstanding employed talents can study in Taoyuan and establish the capacity for talent cultivation for Taiwan's development in the next 10 to 20 years.<\/p>

In terms of educational needs, parents of new technology elites are not just striving for ordinary high schools, but good high schools. Located in Longtan, South Taoyuan, Luya International Middle School is a newly established school that implements the International Baccalaureate Middle School Programme (IBMYP) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), taking into account the needs of students for continuity of further education. It is expected to provide the educational needs of the children of employees of the industrial population of the "Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Silicon Valley Promotion Plan" after they move in.<\/p>

Luya International School will offer the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IBMYP) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) to enhance students\u2019 inquiry-based learning. At the same time, teachers and principals will participate in global professional network connections to broaden their educational horizons and establish cooperation mechanisms with IB Schools around the world, including mechanisms such as teacher and student exchanges, to ensure the quality of education and cultivate students\u2019 international mobility.<\/p>

Luya International Middle School will prepare to establish a leading model for the internationalization of education in terms of time, faculty, curriculum, teaching, equipment and hardware, all in a way that is consistent with international school standards, provide learner-centered adaptive learning opportunities, and implement a talent development strategy that is consistent with world development trends.<\/p>

Specifically, we join the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to implement the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP, IBMYP) and join the collaborative global member community of the International Schools Alliance to ensure effective practices to cultivate healthy, interculturally competent global citizens.
