accountable and sign for their handling.<\/li><li>Prepare a list of archive files to be destroyed and handle the cleanup and destruction of official documents.<\/li><li>Collect, organize, establish and preserve school history materials.<\/li><li>Compile records of school affairs meetings and administrative reports and submit them for approval.<\/li><li>Keep the seals used for signing, approving
