The Education Bureau stated that Luya International High School will offer the International Baccalaureate Secondary School Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Pre-College Curriculum in the 114th academic year. In addition to recruiting local students, it will also recruit foreign students to enhance students' inquiry-based learning.

Luya International High School stated that it signed a contract with the International Baccalaureate Organization on the 22nd for the newly established school. It is expected to complete the application authorization for kindergarten, International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (PYP), International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (MYP) and International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (DP) schools starting this year. It will implement a full range of primary school courses, secondary school courses and diploma courses.
